In contrast to industrial planning, these projects need to be performed with the wishes of the contractor in mind. This requires sensitivity and the willingness to adjust to the individual wishes of people. Many colleagues even believe that planning private real estate is most difficult. However, the construction of a business has the goal of representing one’s expectations clearly but simultaneously considering profitability. Latest architecture in combination with ingeniously mastered solutions to engineering questions are factors that we put special emphasis on. And all of this at a good price and whenever possible ready-to-move-in tomorrow. This is how we do business. And these contractors are the ones who contribute most to our public welfare. For the entrance hall shown above with reception and adjoining rooms we had 3 months time from contract until fair opening. However, all of the invitations for the international customers had been ready since the construction application. During this time IFB proved how quick their planning office could react. The only materials employed were authentic building materials, steel, glass, minerals and wood.
