Integrated project management – a specialty of IFB
For this service other service factors are required than in usual plans. Important for our project steering is “integrated project management”, which IFB has been using successfully for years now. All parties are directly integrated into the construction process. It is our responsibility to avoid unnecessary conflicts already during the construction. We on our side avoid destructive behaviour.
