Industry- Architecture
The planning part in the industrial architecture has its own legitimacy. This doesn’t mean that it is less precise than house-building. The emphasis is put on a different area. This kind of real-estate is intended to earn money. Generally you have daily manufacturing in several shifts; the entire technical equipment and other systems are of major importance and have priority. All of the listed systems on the “Logistic-Site” have to be arranged in an order which guarantees optimal networking and accessibility. Apart from that, the employed structures of such a “living business” have to be prepared for expansion ahead of time. And last but not least, the execution has to pay close attention to durable and tested materials and techniques.

Warehouse- Architecture
When planning logistics centres we pay close attention to the processing of products and materials, inspect all of the “organs” and examine the multiple networks and the flow of goods and bring all of these stations together such that they give a strong and compact external impression. Corporate identity has become more and more important over the past years. Due to globalization almost all companies have international contacts and contracts. The successful appearance of projects is part of this. And last but not least: cost planning. The project shown above was completed with cost limits.
