The air needs to be clean…
Almost all production- and refinement processes leave behind wastes in form of material rests, chippings, dust and gasses. These often valuable waste materials need to be caught right at the machines that are responsible for their production. A lot of times these materials are transported by air over pipe-lines to filter machines which separate these huge amounts of air from the material rests. Eventually, everything is collected and the waste materials are transported to further use.

... Rather frequently, these wastes contain valuable primary fuels which can be stored in silos as advantageous power potential. Especially in the wood-processing industry these chippings can be used for the power-production or for heating. Exhaust fumes of such burning facilities are cleaned by special filters (magnet-, gravel-filters and many more).

… and the heat needs to stay inside!
Besides the waste materials mentioned, the air takes away huge amounts of heat which was expensively produced shortly before. To prevent this kind of energy waste, filters are equipped with heat-storage mechanisms. For gaseous pollutions we employ large heat exchangers to keep the valuable heat in your system. As a competent partner for industry facilities for over 20 years, we are aware of these situations. We want to show you how extensive our knowledge of planning is; and everything to your advantage.
